Sri Lanka Tourism also participating the event and they were participating it since 1968. Sri Lanka Tourism Pavilion is located in an area of 286 meters. There are 54 companies representing Sri Lanka tourism trade and so many promotions goes on in Sri Lanka Tourism pavilion including a video wall.
Sri Lankan Gem also will be promoted this year's ITB for the first time. The Sri Lankan tourism has been boosted up since the end of the three decades civil war and ITB 2012 will help Sri Lanka Tourism to get more businesses in coming years.
